SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Shipping Info

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery is carried out from Ukraine. Shipping times vary for each country. We will notify by e-mail of shipping times to a specific country also providing the information about your order. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday by the local postal operator in each country. Delivery hours are 10:00~16:00, from Monday to Friday.

In case you have not received information about the shipping terms within 24 hours of ordering, it is possible that the letter was spammed or failed to be delivered for some other reason, so email us at: info@caspianblackcaviar.com, and we will answer you promptly.

All orders received from Monday through Friday and confirmed by 10:00 pm will be shipped within 2 business days. We do not ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Most orders are delivered to your home.

Please make sure that you provide us with your correct address before submitting your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot deliver packages on the following holidays as well as the day after the holidays: New Year, Labor Day, Christmas, and other national holidays in each country.
We do our best to deliver your order on the requested dates but due to courier delays, weather, out of stock items etc. delays may occur.

Order Processing

Shipping cost depends on the goods you've chosen, from 18.90€ or 18.90$ up to 94.60€ or 94.60$.

The product is thermally processed under malossol technology and can be transported at normal temperatures. After receiving the product, it should be stored in the fridge. DO NOT FREEZE caviar. All our products are transported in polystyrene packing.

Upon receipt of an order, our company will check the availability of goods in stock to fulfill the order, but striving to ensure a constant supply of stock, cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of products.
Should one or more products be out of stock, our company will send an email to be replied within the next 12 hours, so as to confirm or cancel the shipment of any additional products that are in stock. If no reply is received within this time, the order will be considered confirmed, the available products will be shipped and the amount corresponding to the unavailable products will be refunded immediately, depending on the chosen method of payment.

Orders may have a delay in processing due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are beyond our control.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Our product pictures: Actual items may differ slightly from pictures shown.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

Our products meet the highest standards of quality and freshness. Should there be any concern that the delivered product is defective, a customer must submit a claim within 72 hours of receiving the order. No refunds will be provided if the defective goods have been discarded or partially used. Please be sure to keep all packaging in case you need to make a return.

Upon receipt, all products must be carefully inspected and all caviar immediately deposited in the refrigerator.

Upon notification, Caspian Caviar JSC will provide specific return instructions.

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.

No refunds will be provided if the defective goods have been discarded or partially used.

We do not issue refunds for items that were not returned within two days of shipment due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer and/or the absence of the recipient. Please be sure to keep all packaging in case you need a return.

About Us

Our sturgeon farm is located in Azerbaijan, along the Caspian Sea coast. The region is known for its pristine natural environment and rich biodiversity, as well as its historical significance as a habitat for sturgeon species.

Our cages are located in the flowing waters of the Caspian Sea, and the fish diet consists of sprat and Caspian herring, the same food that sturgeons eat in the wild. As for the scale of our farm numerically: the area of our cages is more than 2 hectares, and the total weight of fish exceeds 350 tons (more than one hundred thousand fish).

Caspian Caviar JSC is a company engaged in breeding and preserving the endangered Caspian beluga. The sturgeon farm is located in an eco-friendly area of Azerbaijan, along the Caspian Sea coast. The cage breeding farm covers an area of 20 hectares and consists of 5 plots, including the breeding population and four commercial plots.

The company's activity consists in domesticating the wild breeding of valuable sturgeons of the Caspian basin such as Beluga, Osetra and Sevruga. We should note that the most valuable and high- quality sturgeon species have been selected for the creation of breeding stock.
